Seems to really like to murder things

History

Possibly has several warrants out for her arrest and/or immediate murder.

Chrysalised at a very young age (5 years). Her mortal family could not handle her, and she was instead adopted by others. Considers Zistor and other changelings more of a family than her "birth family".

Being Seelie, she stays away from other Redcaps, knowing they are not unlikely to kill her for her allegiance.

Current

Incisor is responsible for the security of The Spark since many years. She regularly goes out "thrashing", which is more a state of mind, she claims, than a specific type of action.

Generally, Incisor is doing her own badass thing.

Seems to have some sort of interest in Sophia, and vice versa, but so far it's mostly fascination.
