Boli was first encountered in Broken Flight's Castle in the Sky, playing piano. He is blind.
History
Though little is known about his past, it became increasingly clear that he was thoroughly involved with the organization of Broken Flight.
Current
He was imprisoned in the dungeons of The Spark and interrogated until he released Halleah of her oaths to him. Once Broken Flight was taken down, he was handed over to High Queen Lenore to be tried for treason. Kyoko volunteered to carry out the execution, and stole Braum's sword, Whisper, to destroy Boli.
